NIKOS ROUSSOS

Known for his influential role in shaping modern Greek gastronomy, Chef Nikos Roussos was awarded two Michelin stars for his avant-garde Greek cuisine at Funky Gourmet. Today, he is the Chef Patron of the London restaurants OPSO and KIMA, where he continues to champion modern Greek cuisine at the highest level.

With a background in Business Administration before training in Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, New York, he has been ranked among the 300 best chefs in the world, authored the cookbook OPSO: A Modern Greek Cookbook, been a speaker at TED and international culinary conferences and contributed as a mentor chef for the SPellegrino Young Chef Academy.

On August 17th, he brings his culinary world to Elais restaurant at Santa Marina Mykonos for an exclusive dining experience.
